Anti-corrosion Anchor Bolt System
During application, the biggest influence on the service life of anchor bolt is the corrosion of surrounding environment, so it is especially important to have anti-corrosion anchor bolt. To meet customer’s demand, Hengnuo specializes in providing a variety of anti-corrosion an-chor bolt systems, such as hot dip galvanizing anchor bolt, epoxy coating anchor bolt, the duplex (multiple) coating anchor bolt combining the above two processes.
Self drilling anchor system consists of hollow anchor bar, nut, plate, coupler, centralizer and drill bit. It can combine drilling, grouting and anchoring functions together, which is suitable for broken rock and surrounding rocks which are difficult to drill holes. Without using casing pipe, it can greatly improve the construction efficiency, shorten the construction period and reduce the overall construction cost. The hollow anchor bar can be cut anywhere and lengthened by the coupler, therefore, it is suitable for the construction in narrow space which the large equipment can not enter. Self-drilling anchor system can be used for slope stabilization, foundation support, tunnel pipe roofing, transmission tower, wind tower foun-dation support, existing building repair, etc.
